I've used their bullet point-to-point links, but that is all. My experience is that these units have great software and are rock solid.
The POE injectors for devices like this are junk. I no longer buy them from Ubiquity, but use another brand. Again, that only applies to the non-standard POE injectors used by the Bullet line of hardware.
Their RMA procedures are slow. Usually takes 30 days to get a bullet or POE injector RMAed under warranty. Again, my only experience is the bullets and their POE injectors.
I've heard good things in general about the company from others who use more of their products.
