Message from drew.whitworth@manchester.ac.uk

Dear colleagues,

Please find attached a call for chapter proposals for an international collection to be published by IAP and edited by myself and Dr Angela Benson of the University of Alabama, US. The call can also be viewed at http://itprograms.ua.edu/calls/CMS_CFP.htm . This is being sent to multiple mailing lists so my apologies if you see it more than once. Please feel free to redistribute, Tweet, etc....

Chapter proposals are due by July 13th and acceptance will be confirmed by August 1st, with full chapters then due by November 1st. UK academics should note that we intend the book to be published by the end of 2013 to meet the REF deadline.

We welcome papers from a wide variety of positions on CMS/VLE use, including those critical of such systems, as long as they are based on research or sound theoretical analysis/synthesis. If you wish to check anything before submitting a proposal please do so off-list either with myself at drew.whitworth@manchester.ac.uk or with Dr Benson at abenson@bamaed.ua.edu .

Yours sincerely,
Drew Whitworth
University of Manchester, UK
