Dear all,

Please pardon the crosspost. Just wanted to remind all of the International Collaborative Ed Tech Events Calendar. Collaborative - means you! If you don't see something on it that you'd like to see, look below for instructions for contributing to the calendar. (Please don't reply to me with events or CFPs.)

(for Google Calendar, Outlook, Eudora, etc.:)

There are 2 ways to contribute:

1) Go to  and look at the first several rows - which have notes and are correctly formatted. Add your event or call for presentation information in a blank row, formatted similar to the listings in lines 2-4. I will then import the listings into the calendar on an as-needed basis.

(There are also many many listings further down the spreadsheet that need to be curated and formatted for import, if you'd like to contribute toward that!)

2) Reply to me personally ( with your email address that is associated with your or any Google account so that I can add you as a contributor. You will then receive a notice that you are added as editor of the Ed Tech Events (ICETEC) google calendar, an invite to google calendar, or, when you log into, you should see the ICETEC Ed Tech events calendar in your list of calendars and you can easily add events to it anew, or by copying events from your other calendars to it.
Please begin each entry with either "EVENT" for conferences, events, etc., "CFP" for calls for proposals, or CFP DEADLINE. Please be sure the event notice in the calendar contains a working URL somewhere in the entry for more information.
