NMCers,

Today marks a very exciting day for us: We have just released the NMC Horizon Report > 2012 Higher Education Edition (attached), in collaboration with the EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative. While the print version will not be released until the ELI 2012 Conference in Austin, Texas on February 13th at the 5:15 pm Central plenary session, we are excited to share it with you -- our community -- in advance. Whether you served on the advisory board, submitted a project, or supported us in any number of ways, we feel that the report is so reflective of the innovation happening in the NMC community. Major thanks to you for sharing your stories, insights, and time!

Over the next couple weeks, watch out for a major news story and special video on nmc.org, in conjunction with the official release at the conference. Until then, we do ask that you hold off on major distributions until the 13th, but you may wish to write about the report and send a copy to a friend or to leaders in your organization who might appreciate an advance copy, and we encourage you to do so.

Thank you so much, and enjoy your electronic copy of the report!

Best,
Samantha
