Due to the proximity of EDUCAUSE 2007, online hotel reservations are CLOSED. Please contact the hotels directly for all reservation inquiries, including cancellations or changes in reservations. Please Note: If you are making a change or canceling an existing reservation, please do not call the hotel until Monday, October 1, to allow for data download completion. The hotel will not have your reservation in its system before then.

Conference Shuttle Service
Shuttle service will be available for the EDUCAUSE 2007 conference hotels indicated above. Shuttles run from the hotels to the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. Note that for the Thursday night party at the Museum of Flight shuttles for all walking hotels will depart from the Washington State Convention Center only and will return to all conference hotels.
Air Travel
Travel into Seattle is served by the Seattle/Tacoma International Airport . We strongly recommended that you contact the airlines directly 24 hours prior to departure to confirm details or changes.

Discounted Ground Transportation from Sea-Tac
To assist you with your travel planning, we have arranged a Gray Line of Seattle airport shuttle discount for all conference attendees. This discount is applicable to online bookings only. Please go to Gray Line of Seattle and locate the "Group Code" login box at the bottom left of the page. Enter EDUCAUSE in the box, click the log in button, and follow the instructions provided. You will see the discounted rate once you confirm the booking, prior to the payment screen.
Please note: Gray Line of Seattle is unable to offer discount bookings made within four days of the travel date. Reservations booked within four days of travel will be accepted but at the full rate. PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS
The Visa Waiver Program
International travelers, who are nationals from one of the 27 Visa Waiver Program (VWP) countries, seeking to travel to the United States without a visa, should review this important information on passport requirements for travelers under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). All VWP travelers, regardless of age or type of passport used, must present individual machine -readable passports. Previous one-time exemptions for first-time VWP travelers without MRPs ended June 26, 2005. In addition, depending on when VWP travelers’ passports were issued, other passport requirements will apply.
