Over the past five years, the University of Central Florida has deployed a series of online modules targeting information literacy competencies required by students at a variety of academic levels. To gauge the effectiveness of this program, project managers have routinely collected and analyzed system analytics data and perception data from both students and faculty in order to form a holistic view. In this session, presenters will share methodology, data, and changes to project management based on evaluation. An emphasis will be placed on generalizable principles. Participants will be encouraged to identify applications within their institutions.

Learning Objectives:
* Identify effective evaluation strategies for enterprise instructional programs
* Evaluate effectiveness of a given program based upon data collected
* Identify appropriate project management changes based upon evaluative data
* Apply program evaluation strategies in your own institutional context
