Room availability: A block of rooms has been reserved for February 2–7. The conference rate has been extended to include January 31–February 1 and February 8–11 on a space-available basis. You may book over the extended dates online or call the hotel directly to check availability.
Air and Ground Transportation
The Denver International Airport about 25 minutes from downtown Denver. For complete ground transportation information, visit the DIA website.
Flat Taxi Rate: $51 USD for one person ($3.50 gate fee will apply to listed rate to exit DIA; there is no gate fee charge when returning to DIA).
Discounted Ground Transportation from Denver International Airport
To assist you with your travel planning, we have arranged a SuperShuttle discount for all meeting attendees. Under Book a Ride, enter EDU13 in the Group/Discount Code box in the lower left or use this link with the prefilled code, then enter your information and proceed as instructed. The discounted rate will appear once you confirm the booking, before the payment screen.
Please Note: SuperShuttle cannot offer discount bookings or reservations made within four hours of the travel date.
On arrival at Denver International Airport, collect your baggage and proceed to the SuperShuttle ticket counter in the main terminal (Level 5, baggage claim) to check in. The ticket counters are closed between midnight and 6:00 am. If you arrive between these hours, please use the courtesy phone located at the ticket counter to notify dispatch of your arrival.
Parking
(all rates are subject to change)
Sheraton Denver Downtown overnight valet parking is available for $30 a day and self-parking for $24 a day; both include drive-in/drive-out privileges for hotel guests.
