Full conference registration: Your registration fee will include a refreshment break and reception on Monday, February 4; breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on Tuesday, February 5; breakfast and a refreshment break on Wednesday, February 6; and all program materials.

Single-day rate policy: Single-day rates are available for the full day Tuesday and for half days on Monday and Wednesday. You may only select the single-day option for one day; single-day rates may not be combined. If you attend the conference for more than one day, you must purchase a full conference registration.

  • Monday or Wednesday only: Your registration fee includes refreshment breaks on either Monday or Wednesday, the reception on Monday evening (if you have a Monday registration), and all program materials.
  • Tuesday only: Your registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on Tuesday and all program materials.

*Preconference seminars: You must register and pay an additional fee for preconference seminars.

**Leadership seminar: You must pay an additional fee for the seminar and have purchased a full conference registration to attend. The seminar registration includes an additional session Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday during the conference. Registration is limited to 50 participants.

***CIO and Executive IT Leader Roundtable: This thought-leadership roundtable on Monday, February 4 from 2:30-4:45 p.m. is limited to 30 college and university CIOs, executive IT leaders, and executive-level teaching and learning professionals. If you are in one of these roles on a college or university campus, this session is for you.

A separate registration and fee are required for the CIO and Executive IT Leader Roundtable. If you also register for the conference, the roundtable is included and you will not be charged an additional fee. You must, however, select the roundtable during registration.

One full online conference registration provides a single login credential for one computer at one location. More than one person may attend as long as they're viewing the sessions from the same computer.

We encourage participating as a team. Team members find that active discussion and engagement during session activities builds rapport, solidifies plans, and enriches collaboration.

  • Webcasts of all 4 general sessions as well as 24 track sessions
  • Exclusive online-only interactive sessions with experts on current topics
  • Live and on-demand recordings of all online conference sessions
  • An Event Planning Kit, which provides helpful information for hosting and facilitating an event on your campus using the online conference content—including an event planning checklist, a discussion facilitation guide, and more
