Solicitation of Case Studies

EDUCAUSE is soliciting materials to illustrate the best, high-impact uses of technology in higher education.

The goal of this collection is to build higher education’s awareness of the transformative power of IT due to its ability to create connections, not just disseminate information. We believe we have moved from the Information Age to the Connected Age. In the Connected Age, technology enables pervasive access to information, ideas, people, communities, learning resources, and tools. Connections can be among learners, faculty, classrooms, campuses, the workplace, and beyond, enabling pathways to completion.

Materials accepted will be published in EDUCAUSE Review Online. Case studies to be included in the themed issue on Disruption must be completed by May 15, 2013. Submissions for the back-to-school issue of EDUCAUSE Review must be completed by July 18, 2013.  If you have case studies or ideas you would like to contribute to this collection, we welcome your participation.

For more information, e-mail Sondra Smith, director, special projects.
