An ERP Implementation and Business Process Reengineering at a Small University

Implementing an ERP system teaches small colleges and universities lessons about reengineering business practices.

Ilya Yakovlev

Ilya Yakovlev is the director of Center for Information Systems at St Cloud State University. His former positions include supervising Information Services department at the University of Wisconsin-Superior, providing PeopleSoft and DARS consulting services, and teaching on-line and in-person information systems classes.

Ilya's accomplishments include PCI compliance review, VoIP deployment, customer service management, implementation of PeopleSoft/Oracle Campus Solutions and Enterprise Portal, and publication of several articles and reviews. Ilya has a Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University and he is a certified project manager (PMP).
