What is a chief data officer? Should your institution have one? Attend this session to understand the institutional challenges that led our institutions to create the CDO position to support numerous functional data stewards and central IT, and how the position has quickly evolved. Learn how a CDO, through collaboration and developing partnerships, can establish a governance framework for becoming a more data-driven decision-making institution through establishing information quality standards, risk management/compliance and data architecture, and integration practices.
