Service Descriptions in Higher Ed IT organizations

This presentation will describe the process that Cal Poly Pomona used to standardize on a service description methodology and show the lessons learned in the development of that methodology. It will explore the use of service descriptions inside of the IT organizations as well as a tool for communicating service capabilities outside of the organization.
