Session Type: Concurrent Session
We all participate regularly in discussions of policy data, student learning data, and data privacy, yet it is difficult to bring the three domains together without conflict. There are different priorities, technologies, and ideological stances associated with each. In our roles as IT managers and security professionals, these three subject areas compete for our attention continuously. This presentation and discussion will attempt to highlight the importance of each subject area and suggest a series of ground rules for engaging in constructive conversation and seeking essential solutions that push beyond a single domain approach to problem solving.
