In reviewing EDUCAUSE's Top-Ten IT Issues 2011, we can all agree that no matter the size, IT departments in higher education are faced with similar challenges. Smaller schools function in unique environments that present both opportunities and difficulties. How does your institution respond to today's technological changes? In this interactive session, we'll exchange ideas and experiences on topics like compliance, budget, funding, staffing, outsourcing, project and portfolio management, shared services, and nontraditional programs and locations, among others. Please bring your experiences, tips, and comments on how you make IT possible.
