To meet business intelligence needs, the DataMASTER (management and analytics for strategic, timely, education reporting) project was started in February 2010. DataMASTER creates a single, organized, accessible repository of data. Two years into the project, PSU discovered the need to adjust priorities and assumptions. In reviewing our successes and failures, we'll suggest techniques to help ensure your project success.
