Friday, May 18 | 10:45AM–11:45AM | White River Ballroom D
Session Type: Professional Development
Virginia's community colleges, a system of 23 community colleges on 40 campuses, faces the same issues as other higher education institutions across our nation: unprecedented enrollment and declining state support, coupled with ambitious goals. We needed to become smarter in investing in people, talent, and technology and leverage our combined size and resources to break down barriers to change and improvement. Take a journey with us through the process to discover what shared services means to us, learn how ITIL and ISO frameworks are helping us enhance service and security, and gain a new outlook on community colleges.
