Serving and Succeeding Together

How can we put best practices from the fields of strategic finance and information technology to work in a concerted effort to support our institutions’ missions and to address institutional challenges? Meshing finance with technology planning is as important as developing a financial plan alongside a facility master plan. The 2017 Summit will consider how CIOs and CFOs can work together to prioritize investments and understand the full cost and benefit of technology, the importance of analytics for decision-making, and what it really means to work across the institution in a collaborative relationship.

About the Summit

The Enterprise IT Summit is held in collaboration with the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO). It is intended to bring representatives from both IT and business teams together to build strategy around using enterprise-wide systems and services to advance the institutional mission.
