How Teams Work: Successful Team-Based Projects

During this session we will build upon knowledge you have about your own working styles, psychological type, and workplace team experiences. Specifically, we will look at workplace teams, since much of what we accomplish in our organizations is done as a team. This session will provide you with a framework to help you lead and manage future successful team-based projects.

Objectives:

  • Discern how personality types impact interpersonal and team-orientated tasks.
  • Identify best practices in the participation and leadership of successful teams.
  • Identify a unifying framework for successful team-based projects.
