How to Evaluate Faculty Development

This session will provide an overview of how to build out a comprehensive evaluation plan able to evaluate program effectiveness using a curricular approach. A framework outlining a step-by-step approach will be shared to build a foundation for customizing a feasible evaluation plan able to shift any teaching and learning center toward becoming an evaluation-driven center.
