Over the past several days, we've heard how institutions across the country are addressing the challenges of faculty professional development in this increasingly complex teaching environment. We've heard colleagues share their programs and policies aimed at supporting new and experienced faculty for the challenges they are facing today and for those they will face tomorrow. In this rich learning experience, we have been inspired with new ideas and new connections. Now comes the real work of moving these ideas to actions.

In this session, we will take a look at three considerations for moving forward: (1) identify who has a piece in the action; (2) focus on the right things; and (3) build trust.
