Monitoring faculty engagement and development has always been a challenge for many teaching and learning centers (TLCs). In recent years, a number of technologies have made it possible to better record faculty activities, such as engaging in professional development and interacting with TLCs. This session will showcase how the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Assessment and its Office of Innovative Teaching and Technology at Azusa Pacific University leverage Activity Insight and Zendesk to systematically measure faculty engagement and development in their professional roles as faculty.
