IT Communications Constituent Group

This EDUCAUSE constituent group addresses the challenge that IT professionals and organizations face in communicating strategically and clearly to user communities, internal and external constituencies, campus leadership, and within the IT organization itself. Topics for list discussion are broad, ranging from best practices and lessons learned to feedback and/or deconstruction of communiqués written by participants.

This group meets at the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference. Additionally, virtual coffee shops, are scheduled throughout the academic year. The Discussion Leader for virtual coffee shops is Carlyn Chatfield, Manager, IT Technical Communications, Rice University, carlyn@rice.edu.
