Virtual Worlds Constituent Group

Will teaching in a virtual environment really be the next big thing? A number of institutions and faculty think so, and that number is growing. The Virtual Worlds Constituent Group will bring together those who want to discuss how virtual learning environments impact all facets of the institution, from technology to teaching. Given the position of Second Life in this arena, it will probably play a prominent, although not exclusive, role in most discussions.

This group meets at the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference and uses the electronic discussion list to discuss issues throughout the year.
