Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Constituent Group

This EDUCAUSE constituent group provides a forum for discussing adoption and implementation of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) guidance and the related issues and obstacles that are particular in higher education. The topics include discussions of ITIL processes implementations, usage of tools, training, and ways to promote a Service Management culture in higher education IT.

This group meets at the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference and uses the electronic discussion list to discuss issues throughout the year.
