Professional Development/Staff Management Constituent Group

This EDUCAUSE constituent group provides a forum for managers (and aspiring managers) to discuss the spectrum of issues related to IT staff management, including recruiting and retaining staff, training and professional development strategies, best practices in organizational structure, and other human resources issues. This group meets at the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference and uses the electronic discussion list to discuss issues throughout the year.
