IT Strategic Planning Constituent Group

This EDUCAUSE constituent group provides participants with the opportunity to discuss issues and challenges associated with developing, renewing, and managing IT strategic plans. Examples of discussion topics include best practices for engaging students, faculty, and staff; sharing templates, Web sites, and lessons learned; achieving alignment with institutional priorities; and defining the role of project portfolio management and IT governance. This group meets at the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference and uses this list to discuss issues throughout the year.
