Discover new ways to develop your management skills and refine your leadership vision at the EDUCAUSE Institute, a professional development program specially tailored for managers and leaders of information technology in higher education.

The Institute offers three programs to meet the needs within a wide range of experience and ability. The Management Program is offered to strengthen foundational skills in new managers. The Leadership Program gives seasoned managers and current and aspiring directors an opportunity to broaden and enrich their leadership vision. The Learning Technology Leadership Program focuses on effective approaches to providing exemplary services and leadership in the critical arena of teaching and learning. All three programs have limited enrollment to promote intimate, interactive exchange of information and experiences among peers and faculty.

Management and Leadership participants come from a variety of backgrounds, but all share the common focus of IT management and leadership within the broader context of higher education. The Learning Technology Leadership participants share a keen interest in leading efforts to improve teaching and learning within their institutions. The faculty for all institutes are senior professionals with extensive experience in managing and leading IT organizations and related units within higher education. They bring a wealth of knowledge, understanding, and enthusiasm to the program.
