Abstract
As we enter the new millennium, it is appropriate to review the major events of the past year, the top IT concerns, and the future of information technology. With this historical perspective as background, the presentation will focus on a list of ten IT-related challenges facing higher education. These challenges range from those focused on technology, to accreditation, to how we measure the value of IT.
