Beyond the Campus Gates: Bringing Alumni, Parents, and Prospects into the Campus Portal

Abstract

Gettysburg College implemented its campus portal, CNAV, in 1996. To share appropriate data and to foster relationships with our other constituencies, we added Alumni CNAV in 2000, and a Parent CNAV and a Prospective Student CNAV in 2002. We will discuss the issues encountered and the working relationships established, and well as usage and what we learned while implementing these tools.
