Abstract
This presentation will describe the University of the Incarnate Word's Technology Institute, which provides faculty with intensive technology skill-building experiences. The presenter will discuss the program's evolution, goals, curriculum, and techniques for rewarding faculty. Evaluations of the program and recommendations for building a successful training program will be provided.
