Abstract
The presentation will provide a case study on collaboration of IT with the academic side of the institution. A specific strategy will be reviewed on identifying priorities, engaging faculty in the process, building relationships, and delivering results that directly impact teaching and learning outcomes. The presentation will conclude with funding strategies, support model, and institutional resource allocation.
