Abstract

Leah Lang, EDUCAUSE senior IT metrics and benchmarking analyst and Pam Arroway, EDUCAUSE senior statistician, will demonstrate new tips and tools for data analysis using both Excel and SAS. They will also guide you through constructing analyses for popular benchmarking topics such as financials, staffing, and ERP tools. Participants will be asked to vote on additional tools and tips that could be developed to aid in data analysis.
