The Curriculum-Centered Strategic Planning Model

Tuesday, May 11, 2004

Abstract

This research bulletin provides an introduction to the Curriculum-Centered Strategic Planning Model (CCSPM). The model addresses planning challenges specific to institutions of higher education. The principles of CCSPM are based in the generally accepted best practices for strategic planning, in the movement toward learner-centered instruction, and in the technology planning principles described in the author's 2003 ECAR research bulletin, "The Learner-Centered Curriculum Model: A Structured Framework for Technology Planning."
