Abstract
As academic institutions aggressively pursue distributed learning initiatives, some are faced with insurmountable infrastructure, administrative, and general resource challenges. Larger institutions can help while concomitantly leveraging their own infrastructure by developing a viable ASP model. The process, successes, and challenges of developing such a model will be discussed.
