Abstract
Since 1996 the UMass Lowell Continuing Studies and Corporate Education division has offered courses, certificates, and degree programs online through its CyberEd program. The successful development and growth of the CyberEd program has impacted many facets of the division's organization and operation, including faculty development, program development, technical services and student services. The presenters will share lessons learned during their development of both university and corporate based distance education programs.
