Abstract

Formal comments submitted to the Federal Communications Commission on it's inquiry over Broadband over Power Line (BPL) technology. Statement requests the FCC consider several key points when studying BPL or any other nascent broadband technology, including increasing the Commissions definition of high-speed Internet access.
