Abstract
Based on lessons learned during the University of Nebraska's SAP R/3 implementation, this PowerPoint presentation focuses on project management's role in project team staffing for an ERP implementation that utilizes functional and IT resources. Presenters review roles and responsibilities, look at successes, and explore areas that were not completely successful.
