Saturday, January 1, 1994

This session will focus on the use of humor as a set of learned skills that relieve tension in the face of relentness change and enable IT managers to improve communications, resolve conflicts, increase productivity, and enrich the overall culture of the organization. Paper presented at CAUSE94, the full proceedings of which are available through this Library as PUB1094.
