Abstract
This Pew Research Center’s Internet & American Life Project report surveyed over 1000 internet users and experts on how they saw higher education in the year 2020. Many respondents agreed that university-level education will have to adopt new methods of teaching and certification driven by opportunity, economic concerns and student and parent demands.
