Abstract
The acid test of leadership--in IT as in all fields--is how well one behaves in the face of adversity. Drawing upon the experience of IT officers who have faced formidable challenges during their careers and lived to tell the tale, this session highlights some of the strategies that have helped turn the headaches of technology administration into organizational triumphs.
