Abstract
Niagara College purchased and implemented an integrated human resource, finance, and student administration suite, with a unique collaborative team of functional leads, academic reps, implementation consultants, and a CIO champion. The registrar and CIO are still talking (!) and will share lessons learned on all aspects of project management, with particular emphasis on team building and change management.
