Abstract
An innovative implementation of packaged software in higher education builds on the fact that it is a business project. We have shifted the project focus from a multi-year, big-bang effort to the rollout of functionality every six months. When it comes to the question, "What have you done for me lately?", this approach really delivers the goods.
