Abstract
The implementation and support of PeopleSoft's Student Administration at Duke University has significantly improved services for students, faculty, and staff. A principal challenge was adjusting from a technically driven to a functionally driven IT support model. This presentation will focus on the changing role of the Office of Information Technology at Duke University in support of the project and highlight major challenges of implementing and supporting this enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
