Abstract
Computer classrooms and labs are essential services for faculty and students, yet they pose special challenges for small research universities like Brandeis, which operates with limited staffing and budgets. This presentation touches on lessons learned during a one year project at Brandeis to raise the overall standard of classroom and lab computing.
