Abstract
The infrastructure to support the transformation of higher education is largely in place. However, institutional culture, policy, practice, and support methodologies generally lag. Knowing how to gauge the institution's readiness for change in relation to the opportunities enabled by technology is the challenge faced by today's leaders. Understanding how one's own perspective intersects with that of the campus helps to guide technological choices.
