Abstract
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences recently implemented the SAP R/3 system for Financials, Human Resources, and Materials on time, on scope, and under budget. We overcame numerous obstacles and realized a highly successful implementation for Project Mercury. In this session, we will cover topics such as how we managed scope creep, communications, resources, workflow, and culture change.
