Managing Student Relationships (CRM) to Drive Retention

Abstract

DePaul University has developed insight into the benefits of customer relationship management (CRM) through the fastest and only implementation of PeopleSoft's CRM suite (online marketing and reporting) in higher education. This session will provide an in-depth look at which commercial CRM strategies and techniques transfer effectively and which require further translation and validation. CRM is one of the biggest opportunities on our strategic agenda, and we are seeking collaborators to broaden the knowledge base of CRM in higher education.
