Abstract
These days we are all overscheduled, overworked, and overwrought. Good management is a challenge in this environment, yet it is more important than ever. For managers and their staff, stress is rampant. Despite increasing demands on higher education managers, staff must receive excellent day-to-day care and attention for true success to be realized.
