Nortel Networks - Technology Opportunities for Addressing Issues Associated with Peer-to-Peer File Sharing on Campus

Thursday, January 1, 2004

Abstract

Nortel Networks is very interested in developing future techniques to shape P2P traffic and the resource it consumes on networks. Because broadband adoption is increasing into the home, future students will expect an ever-increasing network capability on campuses. As a leader in installing networks worldwide, we have completed a thorough response to this problem and believe a viable group to present our solution to is EDUCAUSE.
