Abstract
What's one of the things all colleges and universities have in common? Paper, paper, and more paper. Today's fast-paced environment requires that institutions cost-effectively manage documents. This presentation focuses on Penn State University's implementation of document management within the Registrar's Office to improve services to students, alumni, faculty, and staff.
